Latest Adventures Summer 2015

Since these days I don’t take the time to blog every trip, I thought I’d get the basic idea in a slide show.

Here’s a quick summary of the photos.

The Gorge- I’m always taking trips there, since it’s so conveniently located near Portland.  Here’s a few times I went out there in early morning and at night.

Mt. Ranier-On the way to staying with my family at Leavenworth, Jair and I camped out in Central Washington, and then drove to some sites at Mt. Rainier National Park.

Larch Mountain-We got to the top by cheating-driving most of the way.  You can also hike it about 6 or 7 miles, seeing Multnomah Falls along the way.

Ape Caves, Mount St. Helens-I don’t remember if I ever saw the Ape Caves as a kid, but this was pretty much new for me.  Photos taken with the flash.
